I was raised by an immigrant father who built his livelihood through small business. Watching him navigate long hours, tight margins, and constant uncertainty shaped how I see entrepreneurship and why I do what I do today. That foundation pushed me to dedicate my career to helping small and growing businesses compete in a world where data matters more than noise.
After playing four years of college soccer in the United States, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics and developed a disciplined, performance driven approach to growth. We do not rely on guesswork or vanity metrics. We build strategies rooted in clear data, measurable outcomes, and transparent reporting. We do not tell businesses they are growing. We show them the data that proves it.

I’m Sebastian Sanchez, a Vancouver-based music producer, DJ, and entrepreneur building culture through sound, strategy, and community. I founded Tectonic Events and launched Geek Vancouver to create experiences that actually move people — from high-energy house nights to new-gen underground hip-hop events for all-ages crowds. I’ve been hands-on with nearly every event I’ve produced, handling booking, promotion, branding, and performing myself. For me, it’s never just about throwing a party — it’s about building a scene that feels fresh, intentional, and unforgettable.
Outside of events, I run Mog Marketing Ltd., where I help brands grow through performance-driven digital marketing, content systems, and modern web strategy. I think like both a creative and an operator — I care about aesthetics, but I care just as much about numbers, systems, and long-term leverage. Whether I’m behind the decks, developing a campaign, or building a brand from scratch, my focus is the same: create something original, build real community, and execute at a level that stands out.
